Is where you live making you SAD?

We found this wonderful little app that will tell you the daylight hours in any part of the world, at any time of the year.

 

If you research your home and find a long period of little grey concerned faces or even worse the little blue sad faces, then you may want to be proactive in how you handle your next winter.

 

For those nearing the end of a current winter, this could be the perfect time to implement some of the recommendations below.
